A Replacement Emerges For Jason Hart
San Diego State assistant coach Jay Morris has emerged as a frontrunner to replace former USC assistant coach Jason Hart.
Morris, who has been at San Diego State for three seasons, has also worked at San Jose State and Long Beach State. He also coached and played at Westchester High School.
This is an important hire for Andy Enfield because this assistant coach will be expected to do a lot of recruiting. Hart brought in pretty much every player outside of Eric and Isaiah Mobley to USC in recent years.
Even toda Hart’s presence was felt at USC with today’s commitment of five-star forward Kijani Wright of Sierra Canyon.
